Old stuff

For Lent this year I did Genealogy every day for almost 40 days. It felt good to get things organized on a program called Roots Magic. It wasn't really magic because it's not all perfect but at least I'm making progress.  The next step is to scan old photos and match names with faces.

Here's my mom with her siblings (she's the cute girl on the left) and my dad's dad, Edward. It makes me feel old seeing such ancient pictures of people who were only a generation or two before me.

And speaking of old, Rand and I bought our cemetery plots this week. Nice view, eh?
