Rand and Maggie changed the phone number for Elise's mother in my cell phone and sent me a text "from Elizabeth Scoggin" that she miscounted and 8 more people would be coming to the wedding dinner. My response was "That's great. Let me know names and meal choices... or April Fool's?"
Maggie called me mid-day and asked who had put an ad on KSL.com that she's selling bunnies - she'd received texts from interested persons. Great trick! She thought it was Al, so she made a "For Sale" sign and put in on his car. Turned out that her roommate, Melinda, had started the prank, but by afternoon, it snowballed into Dave selling a bearded dragon, me selling a gorilla,
Maggie and her bunnies.
The best one was coming home from dinner and Rand and I were greeted with a gigantic spider web that covered the whole main floor of our house:
Here's the culprit - or is it the guy in the picture on the wall?!
Dave used 3 spools of thread to pull this off!

My tricks that didn't work were coloring the milk green (Rand put yogurt on his cereal instead) and the Annoy-a-tron (I was the only one who heard it until Ted came the next day and noticed it). Rachel and I tried to get Dave to come rescue her from locking her keys in the car, but he didn't fall for that either.
Rand and I also presented a fake med school acceptance letter to Ted, inviting him to the Caribbean - all expenses paid, plus a stipend and free kiteboard! Now why wouldn't he fall for that?
The logo and cancelled stamp were a nice touch, don't you agree?
